Our Code of Ethics

As an IFA Group member, I agree to abide by the following standards and ethical behavior.

To put the safety of others first and foremost.
To conduct myself respectfully and responsibly.
To uphold the integrity of my endeavors.
To acknowledge, respect and cooperate with my colleagues and peers.
To promote myself, the IMA Group, Inc., and my sport honestly, tactfully, and with the aim of educating both my peers and the public, so that they may be empowered to demand and receive all the benefits that my sport provides.
To acknowledge the limitations of my skills.
To maintain a safe environment, paying particular attention to avoidable hazards and respecting personal boundaries.
To communicate responsibly, truthfully and respectfully with clients and peers.
To advance our sport and ensure that the highest level of excellence is available to the public.

Any member failing to abide by the Code of Ethics shall be answerable to the Board of Directors for peer review
